i. Programmes in Non-Traditional Sector
SANKALP has been organizing training and skill development programmes in non-traditional trades for economic empowerment of women, especially those belonging to deprived and disadvantaged sections.

ii. Programmes in Traditional Sector
SANKALP has also been conducting short-duration training programmes for poor and assetless women to provide new and upgraded skills in the traditional sectors, including, agriculture, handlooms, handicrafts and cottage industries.
